  • Responsabilities

  • You will be in charge of the customer support and communication. At any moment, your work will reflects the spirit and the ADN of the company. You will:
    • respond to users via e-mails, Twitter, Facebook or any other channel;
    • manage our communication on digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or blog;
    • formalize and improve our communication strategy;
    • improve our SEO / ASO;
    • create content / find partnerships relevant to your work, to achieve your goals;
    • suggest small changes / short-wins on the websites, in the app, on any relevant "vitrine" we could use (such as the description on the app stores for example) to fit the best with our communication and improve our user experience;
    • look for trends and new players in our sector by searching on the Internet, following competitors / influences;
    • report to the team.
  • Requirements

    • excellent writing and communication skills;
    • B2 (or more) in English;
    • knowledge of any other language than FR, EN is an asset;
    • have some basic knowledge in graphic design / illustrations;
    • self control, discipline, reliability and autonomy;

    Experience or interest in the following technologies / topics are highly appreciated:

    • HTML, Javascript, PHP;
    • Google Analytics;
    • Google Spreadsheets / Excel;
    • Gimp, Photoshop, Illustrator;
    • MailChimp;
    • SEO, ASO;
    • Facebook Ads, Adwords;
    • startups, Fintech;
    • community management;
    • management of pages such as Twitter / Facebook;
    • traveling;
