Why haven’t I received an invitation to a tricount which has my phone number selected?

    There may be several reasons:

  1. Several SMS have been sent to your number in the past, but none have been clicked. To respect your privacy, we are limiting the amount of SMS sent if you do not react to them. Please contact support@tricount.com if you want to reactivate SMS delivery to your number.
  2. Your phone number may have belonged in the past to another Tricount user. If you just received your phone number, please contact us to support@tricount.com and we will reset the settings.
  3. If you are using a new phone, it is possible that your phone number is still bound to the Tricount app on your previous device. Tricount should detect it automatically. However, it the issue remains, please contact us at support@tricount.com
  4. There may be a temporary issue with our SMS sending partner.
  5. It is possible that when creating the tricount, your phone number was not properly specified. In particular, is the international prefix (+1, +32, +33, ...) properly specified in the tricount's creator address book?
  6. In any case, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@tricount.com and we will find a solution.
