How can I take couples or children into account in a tricount?

Category: Expenses and reimbursements

Split shares unevenly (as described above in the question "Can I split an expense unevenly?"), by specifying shares for each participant.
Don't think of it as percents but rather as shares. For instance, if an adult equals 2, a child equals one. If 2 couples go on holiday together and one has a child → that couple equals 5 shares for each expense, the other has a share of 4.
